BE IT rItDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of
Carmel, Indiana:
The Petition of Oladia R. Simpson and Floreoce Simpson
by John ~S. Bauer, Attorney in fact, having been duly filed with
the Board of Trustees of the Town of Carmel, Indiana, and the
goard of Trustees having found that it Is in the beat Interest of
the Town that the f~llowln9 described contiguous property, towit:
part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of
Sectlnn 25, Township 1~ North, Range 3 ~=~at, as follows:
Begin at a point 212.83 feet West ~f the Southeast Corner
~f maid West Half, run them:e Neat on the South line the~of
699.67 feet, thence North 1398.9 feet. thence North 15
degrees :!~st h24 feet, thence South 88 degreee and 2 minutes
~st 790.67 feet to · point ~n the east line of maid weet
Half, thence gouth 1492.O feet, thence Weal parallel with
the South line of said West Half 212.83 feet, thence South

should be annexed te the Town of Carmel, Indiana, and become ~
part of the Town of Carmel, Indiana. Said Trustees do h)reby
annex said territory to the Town of Carmel, Indiana.
This ordinance in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication aa required by law.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of Carmel,
