BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Carmel, Indiana that a certain Regional Sewer Agreement, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
approved by the Common Council of Zthe City of Carmel, Indiana,
and further that the Mayor of Carmel is authorized to enter into
said Agreement for and in behalf of the City _el
is Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
