That Section 3.7 of Ordinance No. S-27 is hereby amended to read as follows: 3.7 The Board of Trustees shall determine the annual recovery amounts from each industrial user in accordance with one of the following two formulas: Continued 3.7 4 Formula - Flow (To be used only if strength of wastes not in excess of domestic wastes) (A) Industrial User Annual Flow in Gallons 1,095,000,000 Gallons x ($94,485) $ plus (if industrial user is connected to or uses River Avenue Interceptor between ll6th Street and the 106th Street Lift Station) (B) Industrial User Annual Flow in Gallons 753,725,000 Gallons x ($ 9,147) = $ plus (if industrial user is connected to or uses River Avenue Interceptor between 106th Street Lift Station and 96th Street Wastewater Treatment Plant) (C) Industrial User Annual Flow in Gallons 4,445,700,000 Gallons x ($14,086) = $ Total Annual Industrial User Recovery Amount (Formula 1 - (A) plus (B) plus (C)) Formula 2 - Flow and Strength of Wastes (To be used when strength of wastes in terms of BOD, SS or phosphates is in excess of domestic wastes) (A) Industrial User Annual Flow in Gallons 1,095,000,000 Gallons x ($37,745) -- $ plus (B) Industrial User Annual BOD Loading in lbs.
