AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO o
S-2, FIXING THE SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CH~JiGES TO BE
COLLECTX~ED BY THE T0~N OF CARi~EL, INDI~NA, FROM THE

Amended Section 2 (G):
In order that domestic and residential users of
sewage services shall not be ~enalized for the sprinkling
of lawns during the period beginning May 15 and ending
October. 15, each y~ar, the billing for sewage services
for ~es~dences and/or domestic users for said period of
time shall be computed and based upon the customers water
usage for the previous pemiod beginning November 15 end
ending April 15.
This ordinance shall be in full f~ee and effect from
and after its passage this 10th day. of Ju~iy, 1962.
