BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
MARCH 23, 1976
The meeting of the Board of Public Works was called to order at 1:15 p.m. by Mayor
Albert Pickett, who presided. All members were present.
Mr. Fred Hohl, City E~ineer, stated Chapman Co. h~d finished their appraisals on the
tracts of ground needed for constr~ction of 126th Street project as follows:

plus $2,000.00 damage of remaining property due to taking.

Mr. Kern moved the appraisal report on certain real estate which has to be acquired
for construction of 126th Street be approved and that the City Engineer be allowed
to offer the owners the amounts stated subject to legality for City purchasing real
estate. Mr. Hohl seconded it and it passed unanimously.
Meeting was adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
