OBSERVATION, HOWEVER, ACTUAL "AS-BUILT" DRAWINGS WERE NOT
AVAILABLE, CERTAIN INFORMATION CONCERNING THE LOCATION OF THE
EXISTING MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, PIPING, PLUMBING AND DUCTWORK
HAS BEEN ASSUMED IN THIS DRAWING. THE EXACT LOCATION(S) AND
DIRECTION OF FLOW OF ALL EXISTING WORK IS UNKNOWN. REASONABLE
EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ACCURATELY DEPICT THE EXISTING
CONDITIONS, HOWEVER, ALL EXISTING WORK MUST BE VERIFIED IN THE
FIELD TO DETERMINE THE EXACT LOCATIONS, DIRECTIONS OF FLOW, DEPTH,
SIZE, ETC.. PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION. ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN
