Mayor Pickett stated there was an attempt to get a waiver from the state on the 400' square well sites. Mr. Steve Uhrick stated they were unable to get the State Board of Health to give a variance on the 400' requirement. We would not have to buy all the land, just get an easement which would include putting septic tanks in 200' radius, so that is the approach they are taking, not buying the large tract but getting an easement. The site bein~ looked at is about l~ miles from Northwood Hills. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM. ATTEST: ~, Peggy Lou Smit~ Clerk-Treasurer Approved: A~e~rt B.
