Mr. Hohl was present also. Lease of Space in the Farm Bureau Building: Tabled Sewer A~reements: At the request of Mr. Ken Thompson, Mr. Hohl moved to allow approxi- mately 300 sewer connections for the Foster property on Grey Road south of Smokey Row Road with the provisions that he be allowed to begin construction without buildi~ a new force main from 126th Street to approximately lllth on Grey Road, but that he is to provide adequate surety to guarantee construction of force main and modification of Mohawk Crossing lift station if the number of connections required exceeded the present capacities which are those capacities for Mohawk Crossing and Brookshire North before the regional interceptor is constructed. Mr. Bob La~ston requested an additional 30 more connections for Woodfield Acres. Board is to review the matter further. Bond Releases: Mr. Hohl moved to approve the followingbond releases: Woodfield Acres Section I - Eden Estates Section IV - Eden Woods Section I - Eden Woods Section I - Eden Estates Section III - Eden Estates Section I - Eden Estates Section II - The Woodlands Section III - The Woodlands Section I & II- The Woodland Green SectionII- Storm Sewers - $39,000.00 Sidewalks - 10,000.00 Street Signs - 100.00 Sidewalks - 900.00 Sidewalks 10,000.00 Sidewalks 10,000.00 Sidewalks 10,000.00 Sidewalks - 6,000.00 Sidewalks - 1~,000.00 Sidewalks - 18,000.00 Mayor Pickett seconded it and it passed Lunanimously. T~anapolis Water Co. Contract: Tabled. Reimbu-rseme~ts for Water Main Extension: Tabled. Acceptance Medical Drive: Mr. Hohl moved that the City of Carmel accept for maintenance Medical Drive East and West which runs between Carmel Drive and Rzngeline Rcad subject to the following conditions being met and the acceptance to be automatically in effect upon completion of these items: 1. That a proper instrument of dedication be presented to the City of Ca~rmel for recording for the right - of = way of road. 2. The in-completed storm sewer work near the east edge of Carmel Care Center be completed and the outlet ditch be cleaned so the storm sewer will outlet properly. Upon completion of those items, he would recommend that the dedication be effective and the City take over the maintenance of that particular road. This does exclude the pavement which r~uns generally east, southe~sterly~in the cu_~ve of Medical Drive into the shopping Center. Mayor Pickett seconded it and it passed unanimously. Towin~ Service: Mr. P~ul Davis and Police Chief Barney were present and discussed the feasibility of a contract with Mr. I~vis for towiD~ service.
