HomeMy WebLinkAboutBPW-01-25-80MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS January 25, 1980 The meeting of the Board of Public Works was called to order at 4:50 P.M. by Mayor Reiman who presided. Also present were Board member Billy Walker, City Attorney and Clerk-Treasurer. 96th Street Agreement between County and City City Attorney, John Pearce explained that the agreement is a standard agreement for the joint responsibility of the repair and maintenance of 96th Street between State Road 431 and Lakeshore Drive East. Mr. Walker made a motion to enter into an agreement with the Commissioners of Hamilton County. Motion seconded by Mayor Reiman and passed unanimously. Mr. Walker brought before the Board of Public Works the claim of Fred Hohl. Mr. Walker made a motion that the vacation days be approved and check issued in accordance with the handwritten reply of former Mayor Pickett and that a detailed study of vacation days and allocation of said days be instituted at once for use by the City of Carmel for City employees. Motion seconded by Mayor Reiman and passed unanimously. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the same was duly adjourned.
