S1 Custom D/F Illuminated Monument
Remove the existing monument. Install new illuminated monument in place. Base to
be masonry concrete matching building. .125" aluminum skins painted BM 1630
Ocean Floor Gray to match cladding of the building. 2" tall cap with 2" overhang all
around to be made from same material as the top of the building elevations. Charles
Schwab signage to be an illuminated cabinet with aluminum returns painted blue and
acrylic drop-in faces decorated with vinyl. No halo lighting allowed.
CODE SUMMARY: Allowable square footage is based on street frontage: based on
Google Earth aerial view of the property, 35-45sq. ft. will be allowed. Can confirm
exact allowance with the approved site plan. All ground signs must have a
landscaped green area around the base of the sign equal to or greater than the
square footage of the sign itself. All ground signs must have a masonry base
matching the building architecture and must be at least the same width and depth as
the sign itself. Must include a delineated cornice that relates to the building
architectural features of the main building onsite.
