Board members Fred Swift and Billy Walker were present as were the city attorney and clerk-treasurer. Mr. Don Silvey of HNTB assisted Mr. Coots with the opening of the bids for im provements to the Gray Road water facility. Motion seconded by Mr. Walker and passed unanimously.
