1.SEE DRAWING GD0.1 FOR GENERAL NOTES AND ADDITIONAL
LEGEND.
2.TOPOGRAPHIC CONDITIONS AND EXISTING UTILITIES SHOWN
WERE PROVIDED BY THE SURVEYOR. THE ENGINEER MAKES NO
GUARANTEES THAT THE UNDERGROUND UTILITIES SHOWN
COMPRISE ALL SUCH UTILITIES IN THE AREA, EITHER IN
SERVICE OR ABANDONED.
3.CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS IN THE
PROJECT AREA INCLUDING UNDERGROUND UTILITY
CONDITIONS, LOCATION AND DEPTH PRIOR TO ANY OTHER SITE
CONSTRUCTION. REPORT ANY DISCREPANCIES TO THE
ENGINEER.
4.NO EARTH DISTURBING ACTIVITY MAY COMMENCE WITHOUT AN
APPROVED STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PERMIT.
5.UTILITY RELOCATIONS REQUIRED BY THE PROJECT SHALL BE
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER. UTILITY LINE
RELOCATIONS REQUIRED FOR ROAD PROJECTS THAT RESULT
IN A CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE THE
DEVELOPERS RESPONSIBILITY TO RESOLVE WITH THE UTILITY.
EXISTING POLE LINES REQUIRED TO BE RELOCATED TO WITHIN
ONE FOOT OF PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE.
6.DAMAGE TO THE EXISTING RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL
RESTORED/REPAIRED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CITY AT
THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR IS
ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH THE CITY
PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION TO DOCUMENT THE
EXISTING CONDITION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.

FLOOD ROUTING KEYNOTES
1.FLOOD ROUTING PATH FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
PROJECT WHEN 100 YEAR FLOOD IS EXCEEDED. PATH TRAVELS IN A
NORTHERLY AND NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION OVER PROPOSED AND EXISTING
INLETS THEN CONTINUES IN A NORTHERLY NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION TO
STADIUM DRIVE THEN CONTINUES NORTHERLY TO EXISTING INLETS LOCATED
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BRIDGE OVER COOL CREEK.
2.FLOOD ROUTING PATH FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
PROJECT WHEN 100 YEAR FLOOD IS EXCEEDED. PATH TRAVELS FROM THE EAST
SIDE DRIVE AND THEN TRAVELS IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION OVER MULTIPLE
EXISTING CURB INLETS LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE DRIVE.
EVENTUALLY GRADE LEVELS OUT ON THE EAST DRIVE NEAR THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF THE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING AND IF PONDING DEPTH EXCEEDS SIX
INCHES FLOOD ROUTING PATH WILL OVERTOP CURB AND TRAVEL EAST TO A
EXISTING SWALE AND THEN TRAVEL NORTH IN THE SWALE TO COOL CREEK.
