BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS MEETING
MAY 18, 1983
The meeting of the Board of Public Works was called to order by
Board member Billy Walker at 4:30 P.M. on May 18, 1983. Board
member Fred Swift was present as was Clerk-Treasurer, Dottie
Hancock.
Mr. Walker made a motion to approve handwritten checks dated
4/18/83 through 5/10/83 in the total amount of $1,899,767.04.
Motion seconded by Mr. Swift and passed unanimously.
Mr. Swift made a motion to approve the claims on the computer
printout dated 5/17/83 pages 1 through 70 in a total amount of
$899,166.29. Motion seconded by Mr. Walker and passed unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the
same was duly adjourned at 4:40 P.M.
