BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS MEETING
JANUARY 30, 1984
The meeting of the Board of Public Works was called to order by
Mayor Reiman at 4:30 P.M. on Jan. 30, 1984, with Board members
Billy Walker and Fred Swift present. Also present was Clerk-
Treasurer Dottie Hancock.
Mr. Walker made a motion to approve computer claims, page 1 through
69 dated 1/26/84 in a total amount of $265,324.45. Motion seconded
by Mr. Swift and passed unanimously.
Mr. Walker made a motion to approve handwritten claims in three
pages in a total of $4,887,936.67. Motion seconded by Mr. Swift and
passed unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the
same was duly adjourned at 4:50 P.M.
