Members present were Fred Swift and Bill McFadden. City Attorney Steve Andrews and Clerk-Treasurer Susan Jones were also in attendance. The motion was seconded by Bill McFadden. All members voted aye. Motion carried. Mayor Hancock stated the bids would be awarded at the next regular meeting of the Board of Public Works at 5:15 P.M. in the City Meeting Hall on November 7, 1988.
