The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dorothy J. Hancock.
Members present were Fred Swift and Bill McFadden. City
Attorney Steve Andrews and Clerk-Treasurer Susan Jones were
also in attendance.
Bid Opening/Civic Square Phase II: All bids were received by
the Office of the Mayor and were opened and read by the City

A motion was made by Fred Swift to take the bids under
advisement. The motion was seconded by Bill McFadden. All
members voted aye. Motion carried.
Mayor Hancock stated the bids would be awarded at the next
regular meeting of the Board of Public Works at 5:15 P.M. in
the City Meeting Hall on November 7, 1988.
There being no further business before the Board of Public
Works the meeting was adjourned.
