NO EARTH DISTURBING ACTIVITY MAY TAKE PLACE WITHOUT AN APPROVED STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PERMIT. STORM WATER CONTROLS SHOWN ON THE SWPPP SHOULD BE INSTALLED AS SOON AS PRACTICAL. IF IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO RELOCATE EXISTING UTILITIES, THE EXPENSE OF SUCH RELOCATION SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER. ALL UTILITY POLES SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN ONE FOOT OF THE PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY. DAMAGE TO THE EXISTING RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE RESTORED/REPAIRED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CITY AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
