Dear Mr. Sharrer:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meetings on December 21, 2021 and January
18, 2022 regarding an application seeking primary plat amendment approval, two (2) variances to
reconfigure 2 lots into 6 lots on 2.7 acres, and a design standards waiver to increase the length of the Sanner
Ct. cul-de-sac to 696 ft. The site is located at 340 Sanner Ct. and is zoned S-2/Residence.
APPROVED with Conditions: Reserve at Springmill, Lots 69C-70C

In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application
for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
