Members in attendance were Minnie Doane, Alan Potasnik, Ted Johnson, Lee Lonzo, David Adams, Tom Irvin and Frank Fleming. ORDINANCE D-610 /SALARY ORDINANCE FIXING SALARIES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 1990. Councilor Lonzo made a motion to introduce Ordinance D-610 and suspend the rules for reading of the same. The motion was seconded by Councilor Potasnik. All members voted aye. Motion carried. Councilor Potasnik made a motion to amend ordinance D-610 to change the salary of the WATER PLANT SUPERVISOR from $1,088.46 Bi-Weekly to $1,156.50. The motion was seconded by Councilor Doane. All members voted aye. Motion carried. Councilor Lonzo made a motion to add the following positions to the Utilities - Water Department. The motion was seconded by Alan Potasnik. All members voted aye. Motion carried. Meter Reader 1/2S, 1/2W $750.00 BW $375.00 W Water Unit Process - W $976.92 BW $488.46 W Operator D Billing Clerk IV 1/2S, 1/2W $730.77 BW $365.38 W Councilor Potasnik made a motion to suspend the rules and act on Ordinance D-610 tonight. The motion was seconded by Councilor Irvin. All members voted aye. Motion carried. Mayor Hancock called for the vote. All members voted aye. Ordinance D-610 passed unanimously. ORDINANCE D-611/SALARIES FOR ELECTED & APPOINTED OFFICIALS - Tabled. This ordinance had to be advertised. Will be on September agenda.
