CCM-07-31-90 SpecialCARMEL CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING 7:00 P.M. COUNCIL CHAMBERS SECOND FLOOR ONE CIVIC SQUARE July 31, 1990 A special meeting of the Carmel City Council was called to order by Mayor Dorothy J. Hancock. Members present were Minnie Doane, Annabelle Ogle, Alan Potasnik, David Adams and Frank Fleming. Clerk-Treasurer Susan W. Jones was also in attendance. A motion was made by Councilor Potasnik to SALARY ORDINANCE 1991: introduce ordinance D654 and suspend with the rules for reading of the same. And to change the Administrative Assistant salaries for DOCD, Street and Engineering to $853.02 bi-weekly and $426.51 weekly. The motion was seconded by David Adams. All members voted aye. Councilor Potasnik made a motion to suspend the rules and act on D654 tonight. The motion was seconded by Councilor Fleming. All members voted aye. Motion carried. Mayor Hancock called for the vote.
