CARMEL CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 30, 1992
6:15 P.M.
ONE CIVIC SQUARE / COUNCIL CHAMBERS
The special meeting of the City Council was called to order by
Mayor Johnson followed by the pledge of allegiance.
City Council members in attendance were Frank Fleming, Luci Snyder,
Alan Potasnik, Tom Kendall, and Chris Painchaud. Clerk-Treasurer
Susan W. Jones was also in attendance.
Councilman Potasnik made a motion to add the following resolutions
to the agenda: CC-12-30-92-1, CC-12-30-92-2, CC-12-30-92-3 and
CC-12-30-92-4. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kendall. All
members voted aye.
Kendall made a motion to approve the claims dated
CLAIMS APPROVAL:
12-22-92 for $191,540.89 amending page five which read Star
Financial Bank and should read Star Reloading Inc. and the claim
dated 12-23-92 for $340,598.33. The motion was seconded by
Potasnik. All members voted aye.
RESOLUTION CC-12-30-92-1 / A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS OF THE
Kendall made a motion to adopt
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY:
Resolution CC-12-30-92-1 transferring the following funds of the
Board of Public Works and Safety:
$540 from #120 (Overtime) into #202 (Health Insurance)
The motion was seconded by Councilman Fleming. All members voted
aye.
RESOLUTION CC-12-30-92-2 / A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS OF THE
Potasnik made a motion to adopt Resolution
CARMEL FIRE DEPARTMENT:
CC-12-30-92-2 transferring the following funds of the Carmel Fire
Department:
$13,000 from #120 into #101
$2,000 from #201 into #101
$35,000 from #202 into #101
$5,000 from #202 into #205
$2,426 from #251 into #205
$198 from #250 into #205
$10 from #252 into #205
$6,255 from #471 into #205
$1,111 from #472 into #205
The motion was seconded by Kendall. All members voted aye.
RESOLUTIONS CC-12-30-92-3 and CC-12-30-92-4 / RESOLUTIONS
Kendall made a
TRANSFERRING FUNDS OF THE CARMEL POLICE DEPARTMENT:
motion to adopt Resolutions CC-12-30-92-3 and CC-12-30-92-4
transferring the following funds of the Carmel Police Department:
Resolution CC-12-30-92-3
$2,000 from #110 (Part Time Salary) into #120 (Overtime Salary)
Resolution CC-12-30-92-4
$5,000 from #101 (Full Time Salary) into #120 (Overtime Salary)
The motion was seconded by Potasnik. All members voted aye.
There being no further business before the Council the meeting was
duly adjourned.
