NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY OF CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION Docket No. PZ-2022-00001 DP/ADLS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Carmel Plan Commission will conduct a meeting on the 15th day of February, 2022, at 6:00 o’clock p.m., at the Carmel City Hall, Council Chambers, One Civic Square, 2nd Floor, Carmel, IN 46032, to hold a Public Hearing regarding an application identified by Docket Number PZ-2022-00001 DP/ADLS (the “Request”). The parcel that is the subject of the Request is zoned B-8 Business, consists of approximately 1.3 acres and has a common address of 431 E. Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN 46032. The Real Estate is located south and adjacent to Carmel Drive and west of AAA Way and is identified by the Hamilton County Auditor’s Office as Tax Parcel Identification Number 16-10-31-00-00- 016.023 (collectively, the “Real Estate”). Enclosed is a site location exhibit. The applicant, K&J Investments XVL, LLC (“Applicant”), has filed applications for site plan and design approval (ADLS and Development Plan approval) in order to develop a Culver’s restaurant on the site. Enclosed are a site plan and building elevation showing some of the proposed improvements. The Request and its associated plans may be examined on the City’s website, through Public Documents – Laser Fische. This Plan Commission can be viewed online via the City’s website or on Carmel TV.
