This is to certify that I, Jacob Shinneman, a Registered Land Surveyor, wish to file this certificate
for the aforementioned plat which was prepared by Schneider Geomatics, known as the
Secondary Plat of Courtyards of Carmel, Section 1, a subdivision in Hamilton County, Indiana,
the plat of which is recorded as Instrument Number2021088205, in Plat Cabinet 6, Slide 205 in
the office of the Recorder for Hamilton County, Indiana.
This certificate is for the purpose of amending said plat as follows:
The area for Lot 1, Lot 7, Common Area #1-1 and Common Area #1-3 has been increased. The
square footages for each lot were adjusted accordingly. The revised distances and square
footages are depicted upon Exhibit "A", Exhibit "B", Exhibit "C" and Exhibit "D" attached hereon.
The area for Block "A" has been decreased. The square footage has been adjusted accordingly.
The revised distances and square footage are depicted upon Exhibit "E' attached hereon.
All other text of graphic depictions shown on the secondary plat remain unchanged by this
certificate.
