11. ALL DEVICES MOUNTED ABOVE A COUNTERTOP OR BACKSPLASH SHALL
BE INSTALLED AT THE SAME HEIGHT.
12. DEVICES INSTALLED IN BLOCK OR TILED WALLS SHALL BE INSTALLED
WITH THE BOX SET ON TOP OF NEAREST COURSE, WITH THE OPENING
