S-2022-00008 – Wall Sign Only one Approval was submitted. Are the landlord and tenant the same entity? If not please submit the missing approval. I will reach out to Rob (the client) and get clarification on this one. Please submit the spandrel dimensions for the walls where the sign will be installed. See area outlined in red. The spandrel panels are located within the architectural detail (this area does not include the architectural details themselves). For "Oberer's" 192"(w) x 32"(h) - "Flowers" 168"(w) x 32"(h) I understand this is an existing sign being moved, but all pertinent information must still be present on the Spec Sheet. Please include the following information: Trim Cap and Return Colors Black trim cap & black returns Face Color White faces Lighting specs Internally LED illuminated with modules Mounting specs Directly to facade S-2022-00007 – Blade Sign Only one Approval was submitted. Are the landlord and tenant the same entity? If not please submit the missing approval. I will reach out to Rob (the client) and get clarification on this one. Please submit specific specs for blade sign face replacement. There are no details on the replacement just that it will be replaced. Only Rendering has been submitted. There is an existing black face - with channel letters currently in that sign. We will replace the faces. Black aluminum backer, white channel letters reading "OBERERS" - black trim cap, black returns, internally LED illuminated with LED modules. I will submit an additional specification sheet for this with more details. Thanks for your help!
