IF THIS PURCHASE ORDER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO SELLER OR IF THE SELLER CANNOT OR WILL NOT FURNISH GOODS IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT
SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON THE FACE OF THIS ORDER, SEELER SHALL WITHIN TEN DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER ,ADVISE BUYER IN WRITING.
THIS PURCHASE ORDER WHEN ACCEPTED SHALL BE DEEMED A CONTRACT TO BE CONSTRUED AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE
STATE OF INDIANA.
THIS PURCHASE ORDER IS NOT VALID UNLESS IT BEARS AN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE.
GOODS MUST COMPLY STRICTLY WITH CURRENT SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON THE FACE OF THIS ORDER AND NO MODIFICATION OR REVISIONS THERE FROM
WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE BUYER. THE BUYER MUST BE ADVISED IN WRITING, OF ANY INCREASE IN THE COST OF THE
INSTALLATION OR THE USE OF GOODS AND THE SELLER AGREES TO BE LIABLE FOR SUCH INCREASED COST, IF WRITTEN ADVICE OF SUCH INCREASED COST IS
NOT GIVEN BY THE SELLER TO THE BUYER AND CONSENTED TO BY THE BUYER IN THE CASE OF ANY VARIATION FROM CURRENT SPECIFICATIONS.
DELIVERIES SHALL BE MADE AS SPECIFIED ON THE FACE OF THIS ORDER, AND BUYER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ALL OR ANY PART OF THIS ORDER IF
SHIPMENT IS NOT MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SHIPPING DATE SPECIFIED. THE RIGHT IS ALSO RESERVED TO REJECT AND RETURN AT THE RISK AND
EXPENSE OF THE SELLERFOR FULL CREDITSUCH PORTION OF ANY SHIPMENT THAT MAY BE DEFECTIVE OR FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS WITHOUT INVALIDATING THE REMAINDER OF THE ORDER.IF REJECTED, MATERIAL WILL BE HELD FOR DISPOSITION AT THE EXPENSE AND RISK
OF THE SELLER, AND SUCH MATERIAL IS TO BE REPLACED ONLY AT THE BUYER’S OPTION.TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE IN THIS CONTRACT.
GOODS MUST BE SHIPPED AS INSTRUCTED HEREON, OR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE BACK-CHARGED.SELLER INSURES THAT GOODS WILL ARRIVE IN
PROPER QUANTITY. NO CHARGE WILL BE ALLOWED FOR PACKING, BOXING, OR CARTAGE, UNLESS AGREED UPON AT THE TIMEOF PURCHASE, BUT DAMAGE TO
ANY MATERIAL NOT PACKED TO INSURE PROPER PROTECTION TO SAME WILL BE CHARGED TO SELLER. A COMPLETE PACKING LIST MUST ACCOMPANY EACH
SHIPMENT.
ALL GOODS AND OR SERVICES FURNISHED WILL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION AND TESTING BEFORE USE AND SUCH GOODS AND OR SERVICES FOUND TO BE NOT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS OUTLINED IN THIS ORDER SHALL BE SUBJECT TO REJECTION,RETURN AND BACK CHARGE,TOGETHER WITH THE
NECESSARY COST OF HANDLING AND SHIPPING. BUYER’S PAYMENT OF ALL OR ANY PART OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PRIOR TO SUCH INSPECTION,TESTING AND
NON-ACCEPTANCEOF THE GOODS AND/OR SERVICE INVOLVED SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF ANY OF BUYER’S RIGHTS HEREUNDER.
SELLER GUARANTEES THAT BUYER’S PURCHASE, USE, OR SALE OF THE GOODS FURNISHED ON THIS ORDER, IN THE FORM IN WHICH FURNISHED BUYER, WILL NOT
INFRINGE ANY VALID UNITED STATES OR FOREIGN PATENT OR COPYRIGHT AND SELLER AGREES TO DEFEND ANY CLAIM, ACTION TO SUIT THAT MAY BE
BROUGHT AGAINST BUYER AND HOLD BUYER HARMLESS AGAINST ANY JUDGEMENTS, DECREES, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES RECOVERED AGAINST BUYER
ON ACCOUNT OF ANY SUCH ACTUAL OR ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT
IN THE EVENT THAT THE SELLER SHALL BE ADJUDGED BANKRUPT,OR MAKE A VOLUNTARY ASSIGNMENT FOR CREDITORS,OR IF IT’S SAID BUSINESS OR
AFFAIR,SHALL PASS INTO THE HANDS OF A RECEIVER,THEN THE BUYER SHALL HAVE THE OPTION OF CANCELING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE ORDER.
SELLER MAY NOT ASSIGN THIS ORDER WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF BUYER. NO COMPLETED ARTICLES CALLED FOR BY THIS PURCHASE ORDER SHALL BE
SHOPPED OUT OR SUBCONTRACTED WITHOUT THE WRITTEN APPROVAL OF BUYER IN WRITING.

NO EXTRAS ARE TO BE SHARED BEFORE RECEIPT OF WRITTEN QUOTATION BY BUYER, AND AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED
ON OR ABOUT THE FIRST DAY OF EACH MONTH, THE SELLER SHALL SUBMIT AN INVOICE IN DUPLICATE TO BUYER COVERING WORK COMPLETED DURING THE
PROCEEDING MONTH. SUCH INVOICES SHALL BE MARKED PARTIAL AND SHALL INDICATE THE AMOUNT OF THE WORK COMPLETED AND THE MONIES DUE.A
FINAL INVOICE IN DUPLICATE FOR THE UNPAID BALANCE, INCLUDING THE PERCENTAGES WITHHELD FROM PARTIAL INVOICES SHALL BE SUBMITTED UPON
COMPLETION OF ALL WORK.A SIGNED CONTRACTOR’S CERTIFICATION AND WAVIERS OF LIEN AND A STAMPED FINAL INSPECTION CERTIFICATE WHEN
APPLICABLE SHALL SUPPORT SUCH FINAL INVOICE. INVOICES RECEIVED BY HUSTON ELECTRIC WILL BE PAID WHEN HUSTON ELECTRIC IS PAID BY THE OWNER /
GENERAL CONTRACTOR. STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS FOR INVOICES RECEIVED BY HUSTON ELECTRIC ARE NET90 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
IF, FOR ANY REASON, GOODS SPECIFIED BY THIS PURCHASE ORDER CANNOT BE ERECTED OR INSTALLED OR USED BY AVAILABLE LABOR, BUYER HAS A RIGHT TO
CANCEL ALL OR ANY PART OF THIS ORDER AND IF DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE MAY RETURN GOODS TO SELLER. BUYER TO PAY SHIPPING COST, AND SELLER

There will be two small led flood light per side of the sign that are set back from the sign on each side by about 2‐3’. This

If only the lighting is changing, all I need would be the schematics of what is being put in
and I will make an update to the exiting permit to reflect the change. As long as the
design of the actual monument and its location is not changing, there are no extra fees
or issues with this change.

Yes, this address is north of 96th street and east of Michigan Rd, which makes it Carmel.
You need to submit a Sign Permit application with all the materials required for a
permit. In this case the sign area (not the monument) may only be up to 35 sq ft, the
monument may only be 6ft in height. The ground sign may only be a minimum of 5 ft
from the street right‐of‐way. Looks like the design of the Monument is in accordance
with UDO, make sure it matches the architectural style of the building it represents.
Please make sure your specs show measurements of the Monument as well as the sign
itself. Clear description of materials and lighting (although you say it is non‐illuminated
(not even with spot lights? I would recommend some kind of illumination as that road is
dark at night and the monument may be hard to see during the evening hours. Also,
please submit Letter of Approval from Landlord and tenant (which I think in this case it
is one in the same).

Wanted to know if 2640 W. 96th St is in Carmel. This is a tough one!
Don’t think Indianapolis even though I am being told its an Indy address but know
Its close to Zionsville as well. So starting with you. Also, if in you area, anything extra
I need to do besides a typical sign permit? See attached layout of sign. It is made of
Stone and limestone and non‐illuminated.

CLEANED OFF THE PAVERS DAILY. ANY DAMAGE
TO THE STORM DETENTION SYSTEM AND/OR
BROKEN PERVIOUS PAVERS AS A RESULT OF
CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS SHALL BE REPLACED
AND RESTORED TO IT'S PROPER WORKING
CONDITION AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.
