THE RIC SHALL COORDINATE AND RESOLVE ALL CONDUIT RACEWAY DISCREPANCIES WITH THE EC. 3. THE RIC SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL ALL NECESSARY TUBING FOR THE CPC IRLDSII REFRIGERANT LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM. THE RIC SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TUBING AND ASSOCIATED SUPPORTS FROM THE CONTROLLER TO ALL DEVICES LISTED ON THE ENERGY MANAGEMENT (EM) PLANS AS REQUIRED FOR A COMPLETE INSTALLATION. 4. THE RIC SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL ALL CONTROL WIRING BETWEEN THE RTU UNITS AND THE CPC MULTI-FLEX INPUT/OUTPUT BOARDS WITH WEATHERPROOF ENCLOSURES IN THE CONDUIT RACEWAY SYSTEM PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY THE EC. ALL TERMINATIONS OF THE CONTROL WIRING AT CPC MULTI-FLEX INPUT/OUTPUT BOARDS WITH WEATHERPROOF ENCLOSURES AND TO THE RTU UNITS SHALL BE BY THE RIC. 5. THE RIC SHALL PROVIDE ALL COORDINATION BETWEEN THE VARIOUS TRADES, INCLUDING MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL, TO ENSURE THAT ALL EQUIPMENT IS PROPERLY CONTROLLED AND THAT ALL CONTROL POINTS HAVE BEEN ACCOMMODATED. THIS SHALL INCLUDE VERIFYING ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT TO BE CONTROLLED, VERIFYING ALL STAGES OF HEATING, COOLING, HEAT RECLAIM, FANS, ETC. AND ENSURING THAT ADEQUATE SENSORS HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED TO ENABLE PROPER CONTROL OF SAME. 6. UPON COMPLETION OF THE EMS INSTALLATION, THE RIC SHALL PROVIDE ACCURATE AND COMPLETE AS-BUILT DOCUMENTATION TO THE OWNER AND THE ENGINEER. THIS DOCUMENTATION MUST INCLUDE AN 8-1/2" x 11" PLAN INDICATING THE LOCATIONS OF ALL OF THE SENSORS, RELAYS, REMOTE INPUT/OUTPUT BOARDS, CONTROLLERS, AND MODEM FOR THE REFRIGERATION, MECHANICAL, AND LIGHTING/EQUIPMENT CONTROL SYSTEMS. 7. THE RIC SHALL FURNISH AND INSTALL A 48* x 36" PLAN WITH FRAME AND CLEAR PLEXI-GLASS COVER SHOWING THE FINAL LOCATIONS OF ALL OF THE REFRIGERATION CIRCUITS HIGHLIGHTED FOR EACH CORRESPONDING PARALLEL COMPRESSOR RACK. THIS PLAN SHALL BE PLACED IN THE EXISTING MEZZANINE MOTOR ROOM. 8. REFER TO ALL NOTES FOR REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER 1. THE EC SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL ALL NECESSARY POWER FOR ALL CONTROL EQUIPMENT FOR REFRIGERATION, MECHANICAL, AND LIGHTING/EQUIPMENT CONTROL SYSTEMS. EC SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUIT RACEWAYS AND POWER WIRE CONDUCTORS TO ALL DEVICES LISTED ON ENERGY MANAGEMENT (EM) PLANS AS REQUIRED FOR A COMPLETE INSTALLATION. 2.
