SUBCONTRACTORS TO BE PROVIDED WITH A COMPLETE SET OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND
PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS THROUGHOUT THE BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES OF THIS
PROJECT. THERE ARE TO BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY THE FRESH MARKET
PROJECT MANAGER.
2. THE REFRIGERATION INSTALLATION CONTRACTOR AND GENERAL CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ALL COORDINATION BETWEEN ALL TRADES PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AND THROUGHOUT

PIPING. REFER TO THE REFRIGERATION PIPING PLANS FOR THE OVERHEAD DROP LOCATIONS.
4. INSTALL NETWORK COMMUNICATION WIRING IN CONDUITS SEPARATE FROM SENSOR AND POWER WIRING.
5. MULTIPLE CPC TEMPERATURE SENSOR CABLES ORIGINATING FROM DIFFERENT CASES HAVING THE SAME CIRCUIT IDENTIFICATION MAY BE RUN IN THE SAME CONDUIT TO
THE SPECIFIED CONTROL BOARD. THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE NECESSARY CONDUITS AND RACEWAYS WITH PULL STRING LOCATIONS WITH

PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY THE EC FOR ALL CONTROL EQUIPMENT FOR REFRIGERATION, MECHANICAL, AND LIGHTING/EQUIPMENT CONTROL SYSTEMS.
RIC SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIELDED CABLE AND CONTROL WIRE CONDUCTORS TO ALL DEVICES LISTED ON THE ENERGY MANAGEMENT (EM) PLANS

5. THE RIC SHALL PROVIDE ALL COORDINATION BETWEEN THE VARIOUS TRADES, INCLUDING MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL, TO ENSURE THAT ALL
EQUIPMENT IS PROPERLY CONTROLLED AND THAT ALL CONTROL POINTS HAVE BEEN ACCOMMODATED. THIS SHALL INCLUDE VERIFYING ALL MECHANICAL

REFRIGERATION CIRCUITS HIGHLIGHTED FOR EACH CORRESPONDING PARALLEL COMPRESSOR RACK. THIS PLAN SHALL BE PLACED IN THE EXISTING
MEZZANINE MOTOR ROOM.

DEVICES MOUNTED ON THE RACK, LOCAL RS485 COMMUNICATION, SENSOR, AND CONTROL WIRING BETWEEN INPUT/OUTPUT BOARDS (BELDEN #8761-2 #22 SHIELDED CABLE), AND ALL FINAL
CONNECTIONS AS REQUIRED FOR A COMPLETE CONTROL SYSTEM. ALL FIELD COMMUNICATION, SENSOR, AND CONTROL WIRING SHALL BE PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY THE RIC IN THE CONDUIT

AND TRANSDUCER WIRING INSTALLATION AND TERMINATION REQUIRED. ALL FIELD COMMUNICATION, SENSOR, AND CONTROL WIRING SHALL BE PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY THE RIC IN THE
CONDUIT RACEWAY SYSTEM PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY THE EC. ALL FINAL CONNECTIONS BY THE RIC.
