EXECUTIVE SESSION
CARMEL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
THURSDAY, MAY 8, 1997 -- 7:30 P.M.
CONFERENCE ROOM / CARMEL FIRE STATION / TWO CIVIC SQUARE
The Carmel/Clay Park Board, Carmel City Council and Carmel/Clay
Township Board will have an executive session on Thursday, May 8,
1997, at 7:30 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Carmel Fire
Station, Two Civic Square.
The Executive Session has been scheduled to discuss land
acquisition pursuant to IC. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (2) (D).

CONFERENCE ROOM / CARMEL FIRE STATION / TWO CIVIC SQUARE
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor James Brainard; Councilors Robert
Battreall, Norm Rundle, Ron Carter and Billy Walker. Clerk-
Treasurer Diana Cordray also attended. Councilors Kevin Kirby,
Jim Miller and Luci Snyder were absent. Also attending were
Carmel/Clay Parks Board Members Judy Hagan, Paul Bolin, Joy
Russell and Sam Rincker; Parks Director Randy Auler; Clay
Township Board Members Karl Swain and Robert Book; Township
Trustee John Hensel; and Rosmary Hensel.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of the executive session was to discuss land
acquisition pursuant to IC. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (2) (D).
The meeting was adjourned at 9 p.m.
