COUNCIL CHAMBERS/CITY HALL/ONE CIVIC SQUARE
The meeting of the Carmel City Council was brought to order by Presiding Officer Tom Kendall.
Members in attendance were Luci Snyder, Frank Fleming, Alan Potasnik, Tom Kendall, and Chris
Painchaud. Clerk-Treasurer representative Cindy Sheeks was also in attendance.
APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
Councilor Snyder made a motion to approve the following claims.
Councilor Potasnik seconded the motion.
12/12/95 $1,399,045.22
12/15/95 4,500,000.00
12/21/95 1,921,353.69
12/21/95 434,725.56
12/26/95 286,512.58
Councilor Kendall called for the question. All member voted aye. Motion passed.
RESOLUTION CC-12-29-95-01/ENCUMBRANCE FROM 1995 INTO 1996:
Councilor Snyder
made a motion to approve Resolution CC-12-29-95-01. Councilor Potasnik seconded the motion.
Councilor Kendall called for the question. All members voted aye. The resolution passed.
Councilor Painchaud made a motion to adjourn. Councilor Snyder seconded the motion. Councilor
Kendall called for the question. All members voted aye.
There being no further business before the Carmel City Council the meeting was duly adjourned.
