The below documentation is in reference to the basement finish and garage door/driveway relocation at 1828 E. 106th Street. The current permit ID is: B-2022-00099. As requested, below is a summary of the driveway relocation plans: The existing shared driveway will remain as installed for the western half of the existing driveway. As shown on the drawings, the eastern portion of the driveway will be removed with the garage door relocation to the South elevation. 924 SF of the existing shared driveway will be removed, keeping the entire curb cut in the right of way untouched as the driveway connects to 106th Street. The new driveway will be installed form the same curb cut with 1,127 SF of concrete to connect to the existing garage space, not impacting the driveway connection with 106th Street in any fashion.
