STOREFRONT SIGN REQUIREMENTS 1. Number of and type of signs permitted: Per Sign Ordinance: wall or projecting, and secondary projecting. 2. Type of wall sign: Individual LED -internally illuminated letters behind a translucent face material. No neon permitted. 3. Design: Tenant's individual font style will be respected. 4. Returns: The returns of the individual letters should be either black or bronze. 5. Trim Caps: The trim caps maybe different from tenant to tenant, depending on their design. 6. Sign Copy: Signs shall have one line of copy. In special circumstances, Landlord may permit a sign to have two lines of copy if, in its opinion, doing so would be consistent with the good appearance of the building. The Tenant's customary signature, logo, hallmark, insignia, or other trade identification will be respected, but may not exceed 25% of the total sign area. 7. Sign Face Color: Not limited. 8. Size: Per the Sign Ordinance: 70% of tenant's Spandrel Panel height, 85% of tenant's Spandrel Panel width, with a 10 percent leeway allowance for architectural elements that may hinder sign visibility. A building elevation showing the Spandrel Panel areas is attached to this criteria. For each sign, if the Spandrel Panel designated is wider than the tenant's lineal frontage, then the tenant's Spandrel Panel width shall be limited to its lineal frontage. 9. Raceways are not permitted for ground floor tenants. The Wall Complex Identification signs shall be installed by raceway, as its Spandrel Panel is composed of brick. No exposed raceways, ballast boxes, or electrical transformers will be permitted. Sign company names or stamps must be concealed. 10. Painted or printed signs on the exterior surface of any building, including paper signs, stickers or banners, are not permitted without prior written consent of the Landlord, and shall be subject to conformance with the City of Carmel's Sign Ordinance. 11. Signs with exposed lamps and signs of flashing, blinking, rotating, moving, animated, or audible types are not permitted. B. OTHER SIGNS PERMITTED 1.
