GRADING NOTES:

2.PROV/OE SMOOTH TRANSITION FROM NEW ARES TO EX/STING FEATURES ASNECESSARY.
3. ALL AREAS WHERE PROPOSED ASPHALT PAVEMENT MEETS THE EX/STINGPAVEMENT THE EXISTING PAVEMENT EDGE SHALL BE PROPERLY SEALED WITHTACK COAT MATERIAL. THIS INCLUDES NEW ASPHALT WHICH HAS COOLED ORBETWEEN LIFTS.
4.THE EXCAVATING CONTRACTOR MUST TAKE PARTICULAR CARE WHILE EXCAVATINGAROUND EX/STING UTILITIES SO AS NOT TO DISTURB AND TO MINIMIZE ORELIM/NA TE DAMAGE TO THE EXISTING SYSTEM.
5.THE EXCAVATING CONTRACTOR OR LANDSCAPING CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL THE
FIN/SH GRADE AT 1 /2" BELOW PAVEMENT WHEN SHEET DRAINAGE IS PROPOSEDACROSS THAT SEEDED AREA.
6.ALL AREAS WHERE THE EXISTING PAVEMENT OR PAVEMENTS ARE DAMAGEDDURING CONSTRUCTION FROM TRAFFIC BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR,SUBCONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS THESE AREAS SHALL BE RESURFACED ORRECONSTRUCTED AT LEAST TO THEIR ORIGINAL CONDIT/ON AFTER THECONSTRUCTION WORK /S COMPLETED.
7.NO GRADING, EXCAVATION OR STOCKPILING SHALL OCCUR WITHIN THE AREAMARKED AS OUTS/OE THE CONSTRUCTION LIMITS.
