Bauer Commercial Park- UAG Oldsmobile (SUA-28-00) Petitioner seeks Special Use Amendment approval to alter the existing approval for an automobile dealership. The site is located at 4100 East 96th Street. The site is zoned B- 3/business. Filed by Charles D. Frankenberger of Nelson& Frankenberger for UAG Young, Inc. The Department recommends negative consideration of this petition, i.e. that the current facade be maintained in its current state. As of this report the petitioner has not submitted alternative Sign Plan for current façade design as requested by the Board at the June 2000 meeting. Should the Plan become available to the Department in sufficient time to review and prepare comments, there will be a report rendered the night of the meeting. Otherwise, the Department recommends tabling this petition to the August agenda. 10i-13i. The Department recommends that if the Board approves Docket No. SUA-28-00, that these petitions be given favorable consideration. Should the Board deny Docket No. SUA-28-00, the Department recommends that these petitions be denied in favor of the submittal of a revised Sign Plan specific to the existing facade. 14i. Brooks Landing at Prairie View, Section 1,Lot 3 (V-56-00) Petitioner seeks a Developmental Standards Variance of Section 5.4.2 to decrease the front yard setback from 40 feet to 15 feet. The site is located at 6905 Longest Drive. The site is zoned S-1/residence. Filed by Jose Kreutz of BDC/Cardinal Investments, LLC. As of this Report, the Department has not received new drawings required by the Board. Should they become available to the Department in sufficient time to review and prepare comments, there will be a report rendered the night of the meeting. Otherwise, the Department recommends tabling this petition to the August agenda. 110 Lattice Communications (SE-59-00) Petitioner seeks Special Exception approval to establish a 120-foot cellular tower on 0.052k acre. The site is located southwest of West 131st Street and Spring Mill Road. The site is zoned S-1/residence. Filed by Douglas B. Floyd for Lattice Communications, LLC. Petitioner under separate cover has provided further information to the Board relative to the dispersion of signals, and other tower/antenna location relationships for review. The Department reviewed these documents and recommends favorable consideration on this petition. Page 5
