Dear Mr. Mattox, The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its February 15, 2022 meeting regarding zoning waiver approval to not install perimeter curbs to enhance on-site storm water quality best management practices (BMPs) per UDO Section 5.28 (E) 2. The project is for a new auto repair building (9,600 sq. ft.) on 3.5 acres recently approved under Docket No. PZ-2021-00217 DP/ADLS. The site is located at 4810 Northwestern Drive. It is zoned I-1/Industrial and is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED: PZ-2022-00015 ZW: 4810 Northwestern Dr. Waiver for no perimeter curbs granted. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
