This Proposal Shall include all labor, material, equipment, supervision, services, insurance, and
miscellaneous items required to complete all work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
This scope of work shall include, but is not limited to the following:
A. Applicable contractor permits, fees and inspection fees.
B. Scheduling and coordination all required inspections associated with your scope of work.

Hello Aliza My apologize on the delay in getting back to you.
1. The signs are solid acrylic and are non-illuminated
2. The height of the sign is 37 1/8th. The 3.94 was a typo which has been corrected to 3.094
3. Often trim caps are used on letters but these are made of solid ½” acrylic. The letters are cut with a nice crisp edge using our
waterjet so no capping is needed. We refer to this process as “flat cut the edging”.
4. Measurements from ground to the bottom of the signs have been added(13’)

A few questions regarding the SCBodner/MBA signs.
Can you please include the height from ground on the schematics?
Also, and this is me learning, on non-lit letters, are there trim caps and returns? If so, please include the color of those as well.
Also, which is correct? The vertical measurement next to the Sign schematic (37-1/8”) or the one in red 3.94’ (47.28”)

Building Sign Criteria for 11585 N. Pennsylvania Street – Penn Place by SC Bodner
The purpose of this Letter of Authorization is to notify the City of Carmel the type of building signage to be installed on the
Exterior of the SC Bodner Company headquarters located at11585 N. Pennsylvania Street, Carmel, as well as any future
buildings in the development.
The exterior building mounted signs for the SC Bodner Company HQ to be:
• Address numbers to be 1” flat cut acrylic, painted black, stud mounted to brick fascia
• Address numbers to be non-lit
• Face signage on east and west sides of building, centered
• Individual painted acrylic letters, stud mounted, flush mounted to brick fascia, non-lit
• No raceway allowed. Letters are to be flush mounted to brick
• Sized to fit within the allowable area per the Carmel sign standards
The exterior building mounted signs for subsequent buildings to be:
• Address numbers to be 1” flat cut acrylic, painted black, stud mounted to brick fascia
• Address numbers to be non-lit
• Face signage on north side of each building
• Individual letters
• No channel/gutter for power. Power must be fed to each letter. No raceway allowed. Individual sign letters are to be
flush mounted to brick.
• No color limitations
• Option to individually light each letter. Face/front lit only
• Sized to fit within the allowable area per the Carmel sign standards
