2i. Commission to consider Docket No. 4-98 D.P./ADLS, Development Plan and
Architectural Desini, Lighting, Landscaping, and Signage applications for Pro Care. Petitioner
seeks approval to make changes to the existing building and site. The site is located on the
northeast corner of North Augusta Drive and 98'1 Street within the North Augusta Subdivision.
The site is zoned S-1/residence and is located within the Michigan Road Overlay Zone.
