H. Public Hearings:
lh. Theatre Ordinance(75-97 OA)
The Plan Commission is to consider an amendment referred by the Common Council regarding
the disposition of theatres as peiunitted uses. The proposed ordinance would eiiminare theatres as
permitted uses within business, manufacturing, and industrial zoning districts, but would allow theatres
within the proposed city center project.
The Department recommends returning a positive recommendation to the City Council.
2h- Sycamore Farm, Section 2 (63-97 PP/SP)
The petitioner seeks approval to replax 4 lots within Section 2 of the Sycamore Farm
subdivision in order to accommodate an amenity area. The Board of Zoning Appeals has approved the
amenity area
The Department recommends approval.
3h. Mayflower Park Subdivision (74-97 PP/SP)
The petitioner seeks approval of both primary and conditional secondary plats for an eight-lot
commercial subdivision.
The Department recommends approval contingent upon a coiiuninuent for sidewalks being
made and an acceptable traihc study being subluiLted.

The Department recommends approval contingent upon a commitment for sidewalks being
made and an acceptable traffic study being submitted.

The petitioner seeks approval to make some site improvements and to renovate the existing
restaurant.
The Department recommends approval contingent upon all Technical Advisory Committee
issues being resolved.
2j. National City Bank(83-97 ADLS)
The petitioner seeks approval to build a new bank building on 1 acre.
The Department recommends approval contingent upon all Technical Advisory Committee
issues being resolved.
