Public Hearings: lh. Resolution for 126th Street and City Center Economic Development Areas A representative of the Redevelopment Commission will be presenting the materials to the Commission. 2h. Pro Care(4-98 D.PJADLS) The petitioner seeks approval to add an office area to an existing building and to make other site improvements. The petitioner will also be appearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals for Use Variance approval. The Department recommends approval contingent upon all Technical Advisory Committee issues being resolved. 3h. Weston Shoppes (5-98 D.PJADLS) The petitioner seeks approval to build a 35,000 square-foot shopping center on 5.3 acres. The Department recommends approval contingent upon all Technical Advisory Committee issues being resolved. 4h. Conseco, Building E Expansion (6-98 D.P. AmendJADLS) The petitioner seeks approval to construct a 100,000 square-foot warehouse addition and a 25,000 square-foot office addition within the existing campus. Lucky Forward Subdivision (8-98 P.PJS.P.) The petitioner seeks approval of a two-lot subdivision and variance to delay the installation of sidewalks on the perimeter of the site. The Department recommends approval contingent upon all Technical Advisory Committee issues being resolved. L Old Business: li. Mayflower Park Subdivision (74-97 PP/SP) The petitioner seeks approval of both primary and conditional secondary plats for an eight-lot commercial subdivision. An acceptable traffic impact study has been submitted and has been distributed to the Commission. The Department recommends approval contingent upon a commitment for sidewalks being made. 2i. McDonald's Renovation(92-97 ADLS Amend.) The petitioner seeks approval to change the color scheme of the existing building. The Department recommends approval. J. New Business: 1 j. Merchant's Square Signage(93-97 ADLS Amend.) The petitioner seeks approval to allow multi-colored signs for major tenants. The Department recommends approval. 2j. Carmel Centerpointe,Lot#2 (1-98 ADLS) The petitioner seeks approval to construct a 12,300 square-foot retail building on 1.4 acres. The Department recommends approval contingent upon all Technical Advisory Committee issues being resolved. 3j. Carmel Centerpointe,Lot#7 (2-98 ADLS) The petitioner seeks approval to construct a 15,000 square-foot office and retail building on 1.5 acres. The Department recommends approval contingent upon all Technical Advisory Committee issues being resolved.
