2h. Commission to consider Docket No. 63-97 P.P/S.P., a replat application for C.P. Morgan
Co. Petitioner seeks approval to replat 4 lots within Section 2 of the Sycamore Farm
Subdivision. The site is located at southeast corner of 116th Street and Gray Road. The site is
zoned S-1/residence.
