Homes. Petitioner seeks approval to plat 7 lots on less than 2 acres. The petitioner also seeks
approval of a variance of Section 6.3.20 of the Carmel/Clay Subdivision Regulations to allow
for a private street. The site is located south of 111th Street, east of Cornell Avenue. The site is
zoned R-3/residence.
