OWNER, AND THOMAS D. WILSON, LAND DEVELOPER, FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING A
SEWER LINE AND LIFT STATION FROM THE CARMEL MOTEL PROPERTY AND ACROSS WALTER
PLAZA TO THE WILSON PROPERTY.
THOMAS D. WILSON WILL INSTALL A LIFT STATION ON THE CARMEL MOTEL PROPERTY
COMPLETE AND AT HIS OWN EXPENSE WITH THIS EXCEPTION--CHARLES E. WALTER HAS ON
HAND CERTAIN PARTS FOR A LIFT STATION WHICH THOMAS D. WILSON MAY USE. AT NO -

COST TO HIM, PROVIDING SAID PARTS MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TOW~ OF CAPJ4EL.
THOMAS D. WILSON FURTHER AGREES TO PAY ONE HALF OF THE COSl' OF A FOUR
INCH WATER MAIN WITH CONNECTION. VALVES, FIRE HYDRANTS AND FITTINGS. THE OTHER
ONE HALF OF THE COST OF A FOUR INCH MAIN WILL BE PAID BY CHARLES E. WALTER.
ANY ENLARGEMENT OF SAID WATER MAIN WILL BE THE COST OF THE TOWN OF CARMEL OR
WHATEVER THOMAS D..WILSON CAN WORK OUT WITH THE TOWN OF CA~qE~, IN NO CASE WILL
CHARLES E. WALTER PAY MORE THAN ONE HALF OF THE COST OF A FOUR INCH WATER MAIN.~
THOMAS D. WILSON FURTHER AGREES TO ALLOW CHARLES E. WALTER TO ERECT A '
BILLBOARD SIGN FOR THE CARMEL MOTEL AND ISLAND RESTAURANT OF A SIZE APPROXIMATELY
THOMAS D. WILSON WILL INSTALL A SEWER LINE FROM SAID LIFT STATION ACROSS
WALTER PLAZA TO THE WILSON PROPERTY OF A SIZE AND DIRECTION AS SPECIFIED BY
THE TOblN OF CARMEL. SAID SEWER LINE WILL FOLLOW A ROUTE AS LAID OUT BY W£IHE
ENGINEERING FIRM AND APPROVED BY CHARLES E. WALTER AND THE TOWN OF CARMEL. ALL
OF THE ABOVE LABOR AND MATERIALS WILL BE AT THOMAS D. WILSON EXPENSE WITH A NO
.'LIEN CONTRACT AGAINST THE CHARLES WALTER PROPERTY.
