Koeppen/Water Main AGREEMENT £ 0 7 2 AGREEMENT made this let daY of March ~ and between CHARLES KOEPPEN and KATHLEEN KOEPPEN, Husband and Wife, hereinafter referred to as "Owners", ~nd CITY OF hereinafter referred to as ...... ~. , WITNES SETH: WHEREAS, Charles Koeppen and Kathleen Koeppe~, Husband and Wife are the-owners of the real estate commonly known as, 1815 East ll6th Street , Carmel, Indiana; WHEREAS, the Owner is desirous of utilizing the water mains of the City of Carmel to provide water service to said real estate and the City of Carmel is willing to permit same. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar. ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is --hemeby~--acknowledged,.it~is_agmeed as~followsz ........... 1. City agrees to permit the owner to utilize the water mains of the City to.provide water service to the real estate of Owner. 2.
