Lot 7 - Lauck Property - 05120023 V Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lauck: At the meeting held Monday, January 23, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 1846 E. 1101h Street. APPROVED: Docket No. 05120023 V Development Standards Variance for platted building setback line. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is January 23,2007. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
