This form is intended as a starting point for gaining approval of any e)fterior improvements to your lot, including but not limited to, fences, out-buildings, swing sets, playhouses, additions, and swimming pools. Fences and out-buildings require not only Committee approval, but also final approval from the Board of Directors of the Springmill Crossing Property Owners Association. Please fill out this form and submit it to the Development Control Chairman with the appropriate documents (see checklist below), at least 20 days prior to beginning your project.
