Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of
the Second Principal Meridian in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, being a 60-
foot wide right-of-way, 30 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said quarter section, thence along the
south line thereof on an assumed bearing North 90°00'00" East 1047.50 feet to a
prolongation of the centerline of Mayflower Park Drive, a private street; thence along
said prolongation and said centerline North 00°12'00" East 1623.68 feet to the
centerline of 99th Street, a private street, and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
along a prolongation eastward of said centerline South 89°48'28" East 346.95 feet to
the point of curvature of a curve concave northwesterly, having a central angle of
67°31'47" and a radius of 200.00 feet; thence easterly and northeasterly along said
curve an arc distance of 224.02 feet (said arc being subtended by a long chord which
bears North 56°25'38" East 222.31 feet) to the point of tangency thereof; thence North
22°39'44" East 251.96 feet to the point of curvature of a curve concave southeasterly,
having a central angle of 46°40'30" and a radius of 275,00 feet; thence northeasterly
and easterly along said curve an arc distance of 224.02 feet (said arc being subtended
by a long chord which bears North 45°59'59" East 217.88 feet) to the point of tangency
thereof; thence North 69°20'14" East 425.39 feet to the existing 50-foot western right-
of-way of U.S.R. 421 (Michigan Road), and there terminating; containing 2.04 acres,
more or less; the side lines of said right-of-way to be lengthened or shortened so as to
end on said 50-foot western right-of-way.
