1h. Commission to consider Docket No. 60-97 OA., an ordinance amendment to change
the requirements currently contained in Secyons 23B.2 and 23B.5 of the Carmel/Clay
Zoning Ordinance relating to the U.S. 31 Overlay Zone.
Directed to the Plan Commission by the Ciry Council.
2h. Commission to consider Docket No. 35-97 D.P. Amend./ADLS Amend., an amended
Development Plan and amended Architectural Design.,Lighting,Landscaping, and Signage
applications for Mathews, Click, Revel, and Henry. Petitioner seeks approval to
reconfigure the existing parking lot for the Penn Mark Plaza The site is located on the
southeast corner of 116th Street and U.S. 31. The site is zoned B-6rousiness and is
located within the U.S. 31 Overlay Zone.
