The site is located at 11611 North Meridian Street. The site is zoned B-6/business and is within the US 31/Meridian Street Overlay Zone. The proposed sign meets the Sign Ordinance in all respects and is designed consistent with the approved ADLS Sign Package for Meridian Mark. Therefore. the Department recommends that the Plan Commission suspend the RIDes in order to vote on the proiect at the March 20. 2001. meeting.
