FINDINGS OF FACT. DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS VARIANCE 1. The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: The lighting of our Weston Pointe marketing sign will not hinder traffic flow: the lighting will not be in the right of way and _ it will not interrupt the flow of traffic on Michigan Road. The lighting will not be distracting to drivers or interrupt their _ abillity to drive past the marketing sign safely. 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially adverse manner because: The lighting of the sign will be directly facing the sign front and will not shine on adjacent property owners or into the flow_ _of traffic. 3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance to the property will result in practical difficulties in the use of the property because: The abscence of lighting on our marketing sign combined with the hardship of the Michigan Road expansion project_ _have 'caused a decrease of traffic to our model homes.
