CARMEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer on the 27th
day of February, 2006 at 5:15 pm in the Caucus Rooms, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will
hold a Public Hearing upon Developmental Standards Variance applications for lJ.B. Hilliard, W.L.
Lyons, Inc. ("Applicant"). Applicant requests a Developmental Standards Variances of the Carmel
Zoning Ordinance ("Ordinance") as a part of the construction of a new sign on the property. The
variance is of Section 1 O.3D ofPUD Ordinance Z-386-02, as amended by variance V -93-03, to allow
