The site is located northeast of Keystone Way and Keystone Way East. The site is zoned B-8/business. Filed by James J. Nelson of Nelson & Frankenberger for Outback Steakhouse. The Special Studies Committee voted 7-0 to return this petition to the Plan Commission with a favorable recommendation based on the amendments represented in the attached letter from the applicant. The letter reflects all of the changes the Special Studies Committee requested be made to the plans. The Department recommends the Plan Commission approve the petition as amended. Note: This site will appear on the Board of Zoning Appeals agenda on June 25,2001 regarding a request to reduce the building setback along US 431.
